What we did this week!!!

Payton did not like how I had done her hair for church. I told her it looked like a donut. So she made me take a picture so she could see. She is becoming very particular about what she is looking like. What she wears, and how her hair is done. Most days if we are home.... I let her do her thing. When we go out... well, it all depends on where we are going, and what she is asking to wear. We have done alot of negotiating lately. Payton helped Ashton get ready for Church. We played in the tents!!!! They had tents and forts throughout the entire house, I was having to crawl through little tunnels to get places. They all had lunch in the "Little Mermaid" tent. Change of scenery sure makes life a little more exciting sometimes. Ashton had his first "Little Debbie Cookie." However.... we have a little "SWIPER" on our hands. This cookie that Ashton is eating, he swiped right out of Jaxon's hands while Jaxon was watching (go figure) DORA. Jaxon didn't notice, until Payton started screaming, "he's going to choke mom, take it away." I took it away from him at first but didn't realize, he had a huge bite in his mouth. The ended up being a break through moment for independent feeding for Ashton. He now gets to hold his own crackers, and other foods. We played with Daddy, we were goofy with Daddy, and he was the most goofy of us all. He was enjoying wearing earrings until I pulled the camera out. We were influenced by our sister Payton. We love being just like her. When Payton gets to wear earrings, Jaxon enjoys it too; when Payton is willing to share that is.Payton cornered Ashton and was doing his hair. Notice Ashton is playing with the vanity. Like I have mentioned before..... these boys are definitely influenced by their big sister. We made pumpkin chocolate chip cookies. After visiting with our friends the Sclaters.... we came home and Payton insisted that we made the same cookies that she had there. Don't know if it was the same recipe, but... they turned out pretty good. We have gone to the park many times to have dinner, and ride scooters around the track.
